Foundation
We pour the concrete foundation, creating a strong base for your home. This step includes site leveling, necessary trenching, and careful placement of forms to ensure stability and longevity.
Framing
Walls, roofing, and window openings are constructed, shaping the layout of your home. During this stage, you’ll begin to see rooms, hallways, and exterior outlines take form.
Mechanical
Essential systems—electrical wiring, plumbing pipes, and HVAC ductwork—are installed within the framework.

Insulation and Drywall

Interior Finishes

Final Touches

New Home Orientation
