When We Ask for Your Feedback

We believe the best way to ensure satisfaction is to listen. That’s why we request your feedback during three crucial stages of your homeownership journey:

• Move-In Survey
Your first impressions matter. Shortly after you settle into your new home, we invite you to share your thoughts on the entire homebuying process, from sales to design and construction.
• Mid-Year Survey
At the five-month mark, we check in to see how your home is performing. This gives you the opportunity to highlight any areas that need attention and allows us to proactively address your concerns.
• Year-End Survey
After a year of living in your Trophy Signature Home, we seek your feedback once more. Your insights at this stage are invaluable, providing a full picture of how your home has functioned over time.
