How the Program Works:

1. You must be a current Trophy homeowner. 
2. If you know someone who might be interested in owning a Trophy home of their own, have them complete the online registration form and personally accompany them to a Trophy Signature Homes sales center for their first visit.
3. When the person you referred successfully closes on a Trophy Signature home, they will receive $1,000 to put toward closing costs.
